At Young Rebel Books, all books are printed on demand. This means every order is produced individually after purchase. Because of this, we only offer refunds or replacements under specific conditions.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide either:

A replacement copy at no additional cost, or

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer

Orders placed by mistake

Minor color differences caused by screen settings

Slight production variations typical in print-on-demand manufacturing

LOST PACKAGES
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Young Rebel Books is not responsible for theft or delivery issues after delivery confirmation.
If a package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping and production times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, holidays, and carrier delays.
